Cancellation and No show Policy :
All cancellation or
amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our
acknowledgement within 20 days prior to arrival date. The
following charges are applicable without exception :
- Low Season : 1 night charge
- High Season : 2 night charge
- Peak Season : Full amount charge
- During peak Season, any cancellation made 20 days before
arrival date, 5 night charge will be applied. Otherwise, the
full amount of the total cost of stay will be imposed.
- In case of No show, Shorten Stays / Early check-outs, the full
amount of the total cost of stay will be applied.
