Terms & Conditions:

  • The above rates are per room per night inclusive of service charge, applicable vat and American Breakfast.

  • Minimum 5 nights stay for peak season 20 Dec - 15 Jan

  • Extra person charge will apply for the 3rd persons sharing room inclusive of extra bed and American breakfast.

  • No Charge for 1st children 3-11 years old sharing existing bed with parent, except American breakfast of Baht 200 per day.

  • Children under 3 years old sharing existing bed with parents is free of charge.

  • Maximum occupancy 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children 3-11 years old in each room type.

  • Occupancy Policy:
         - Check in time : Check-in before 14:00 hours.
    - Check out time : 12 noon on the day of departure. Late check out is subject to availability on the day of check out and the following charge maybe applied: prior to 18:00 hours - 50 % room rates and thereafter a full nightly charge.

  • Meal Rates:
         - American Breakfast Adult 400 Child 200
    - Lunch Adult 500 Child 250
    - Dinner 600 Child 300

  • Compulsory Gala Dinner

  • Cancellation Policy:
    Any cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement
    within the specified period. In case of failure to notice, there is a charge.
    - Cancellation less than 20 days prior to arrival date is 1 nights stay will be charged.
    - Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival date is 2 nights stay will be charged.
    - Cancellation less than 8 days prior to arrival date is full period of stay will be charged.

  • No Show Full Charge

  • Master and VISA Card plus 3.5% service charge

  • Full prepayment prior to arrival date.
