Terms & Conditions:

• The above rates are per room per night inclusive of service charge, applicable vat and American Breakfast.

• Minimum 3 nights stay for peak season 20 Dec - 15 Jan

• Extra person charge will apply for the 3rd persons sharing room inclusive of extra bed and American breakfast.

• No Charge for 1st children 3-11 years old sharing existing bed with parent, except American breakfast of Baht 200 per day.

• Children under 3 years old sharing existing bed with parents is free of charge.

• Maximum occupancy 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children 3-11 years old in each room type.

• Occupancy Policy:
  - Check in time : Check-in before 14:00 hours.
  - Check out time : 12 noon on the day of departure. Late check out is subject to availability on the day of check out and the following charge maybe applied: prior to 18:00 hours - 50 % room rates and thereafter a full nightly charge.

• Meal Rates:
  - American Breakfast Adult 400 Child 200
  - Lunch Adult 500 Child 250
  - Dinner 600 Child 300

• Compulsory Gala Dinner
  -Christmas's Eve on 24 Dec 11 : Adult 2,000 Baht, Child 1,100 Baht
  -New Year Eve on 31 Dec 11 : Adult 2,200 Baht, Child 1,100 Baht

• Transportation service from / To Aree Tara Resort

  Krabi Airport by Join minivan (minimum 2 persons)	300 Baht per person per way
  Krabi Airport by Private car (maximum 3 persons)	800 Baht per car per way
  Krabi Airport by Private minivan (maxiimum 8 persons)	1,200 Baht per minivan per way
  Phuket Airport by Private car (maximum 3 persons)	2,500 Baht per car per way
  Phuket Airport by Private minivan (maximum 8 persons)	3,000 Baht per minivan per way

• Check-in time: It is 14.00 hours, an overnight rate will be charged to guarantee check-in before 14.00 hours.

• Check-out time: It is 12 noon on the day of departure.
  - Late check-out is subject to availability on the day of check-out and the following charge maybe applied: prior to 18.00 hours - 50% room rate and thereafter a full nightly charge.

• Full prepayment prior to arrival date. Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.

•  Cancellation & No Show Charges:
  - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 
  * Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival date is 1 night stay will be charge.
  * Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival date is 2 night stay will be charge.
  * Cancellation less than 3 days prior to arrival date is full period of stay will be charge.
  Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge up to total payment.

• No show: total payment will be charged.

  If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).

  For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.

  No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
