Child Policy :
- Child under 4 is free of charge. Baby cot will be provided free of charge
- Children aged 4 - 12 years sharing room with parents no extra bed, only ABF will be charged 100 Baht

Room used from 12:00 - 18:00 P.m. On the day check out will be paid 50% of the rate.

Compulsory Gala Dinner :
- 24 Dec 11 Adult 1,500 Baht/person, Child 800 Baht/person
- 31 Dec 11 Adult 1,800 Baht/person, Child 1,000 Baht/person

Krabi airport to resort	2,500 Baht per van per trip
Krabi town to resort	2,500 Baht per van per trip
Aonang to resort	3,000 Baht per van per trip
Trang to resort	3,000 Baht per van per trip
Phuket airport to resort	5,000 Baht per van per trip

Cancellation: All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within:
- Low Season 12 days prior arrival
- High Season 20 days prior arrival
- Peak Season 35 days prior arrival

Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.

If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.

For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
