Cancellation:

  • All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within :

  • Low Season 12 days prior arrival

  • High Season 20 days prior arrival

  • Peak Season 35 days prior arrival

  • Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.

  • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.

  • For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.

  • Early check-out: Non Refund.

  • No show - total payment will be charge
