 Remark : Incase an extra bed is required, the day bed existing in the room will be converted to an extra bed automatically.

Remarks:

  1. All net rates quoted in Baht and inclusive of daily Breakfast, service charge and Government Vat.  
  2. There is no charge for one child under 10 years old when sharing the room with adults without arranging an extra bed but breakfast will be charged baht 200/day as per contract rate.
  3. If there are 2 children in the room, one extra bed will be charged automatically for the first child and one extra breakfast will be also charged baht 200/day for the second child without arranging an extra bed. Also the baby cot is free of charge but it is subjected on request.
  4. Rates available on a pre payment basis only and subject to change without notice.
  5. The above rates are based on single and twin occupancy. Third person will be charged extra as per contract rate.
  6. Check out time is 12.00 AM and check in time is 02.00 PM.
  7. There is a free shuttle bus from the hotel to Ao Nang Beach and Nopparathara Beach by hotel schedule as following:
    *  From Hotel : 9.00 am  from Ao Nang Beach and Nopparathara Beach : 12.15 pm.
     * From Hotel : 12.00 am  from Ao Nang Beach and Nopparathara Beach : 03.15 pm.
         * From Hotel : 03.00 pm  from Ao Nang Beach and Nopparathara Beach : 06.15 pm.
     * From Hotel : 06.00 pm 
Full prepayment :  Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit. No booking is confirmed.

Cancellation:


  • Low season :  6 days charge of  1 night.
  • High season : 12 days charge of  1 night.
  • Peak season : 17 days befor arrival 100% of total room charge.
  • No show: total payment will be charged.
  • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
  • For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
