Remark:

	The resort is constructing the swimming pool about 7.5 x 16 meters and connecting child pool about 3 x 5 meters. Meanwhile the resort is renovating the Bamboo Chalet to be attached with a tiny toilet and shower to provide more convenience to guests. In addition,the resort is contructing the function room for conference,seminar,meeting and so on. The main function room will be available for 100 participants and the other 2 small function rooms can host abouth 30 participants in each room. The resort still operates as usual but there will be some noises during daytime (completion are expected to be Nov.2006).
	The above prices are inclusive of breakfast for 2 persons, tax and service charge.
	Single or Double is the same price. Baby cot is free of charge Max 2 children in 1 paying bungalow
	The third person or children 8 years up will be chrged an X-bed price
	Child 4-7 years sharing existing bed with parent is free of charge except paying breakfast at 175 Baht /day. Child below 4 years old is free of charge.
	Check out Time is 11:00 a.m. and Check in Time is 14:00 p.m.
	Meal Rates : Breakfast = 220 Baht, Lunch = 350 Baht, Dinner = 450 Baht
	Compulsory Gala Dinner : Child from infant to 7 years old is free of charge. Christmas Eve (Dec 24) @ 1,150 Bht per adult and 860 Bht / child (aged 8 - 12 yrs old) New year Eve (Dec 31) @ 1,400 Bht per adult and 1,050 Bht / child (aged 8 - 12 yrs old).
	Electricity supply : In Pre and End Season, High and Peak Season, power supply 24 hours. In Green Season, power supply only in the night time. No air-con room is available during the green season.
	Family Plan: - Max 2 children sharing the same unit with their parents. - No Extra charge for child age 4 - 7 years old and sharing the same unit as parents, but a 150 Baht daily is charged for breakfast. - Child age over 8 years old will be charged as adult.
	Bus & boat Transfer : - From Trang Town to Kuan Tung Ku Pier and to Koh Mook = 500 Baht / pax / oneway - Only Bus = 200 Baht / pax / oneway - Only Boat = 300 Baht / pax / oneway - Child 4 - 7 years pays 50% = 250 and 8 - 12 years pay 75% = 375 Baht / pax / oneway
	Reservation Policy: one-night deposit is required within 10 days. Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% bank charge.
	Cancellation Policy: within 35 days in Peak Season, 25 days in High Season, 15 days in Low Season. Failure to cancellation in time, there is at least one-night room rate or 50% of total payment charge. Cancellation in time is subject to 10% charge.
	No Show: no refund, full payment will be charged.
