: Zazen Bungalows is a charming
small hotel that has existed for more than 25 years. It was founded by
mister Wa Fathaveeporn who is now 73 years old. Born in Hainan (China) he
lived all his life in Koh Samui with his wife Mrs Somboun Suksom who was a
local girl from Koh Samui. Mister Wa used to go fishing with his sons
while his wife stayed at home to educate their nine children.

The hotel allows a maximum of 3 adults per room
Extra beds: 1.1Low & Mid Season:
-The first extra bed is charged with 2,000 Baht daily, inclusive ABF
-The second extra bed is charged with 1,300 Baht daily, inclusive ABF
-For children below the age of 6, if no extra bed is required, only a 450
Baht daily charge will be applied for the ABF
-Baby cots are free of charge 1.2 High & Peak Season:
-The first extra bed is charge with 2,500 Baht daily, inclusive ABF
-The second extra bed is charged with 1,500 Baht daily, inclusive ABF
-For children below the age of 6, if no extra bed is required, only a 800
baht daily charge will be applied for the ABF
-Baby cots are free of charge.
Minimum Stay of
5 nights is Peak Season (21 Dec 09 - 10 Jan 10) Compulsory charges for guests staying during this period

Three adults’ maximum per bungalow.
Arport transfer if required is 250 Baht per
person each way. Children under 6 years old are FREE of
charge.
Check out time is NOON. Check in time is 14:00
hrs. We cannot guarantee early check-in but we will always do
everything possible to assist including offering a temporary
bungalow if (and only if) available. Late check-out are subject to
availability and cannot be confirmed in advance. In order to
guarantee a late check-out ( 6.00 pm ) a 50% of the daily room
rate will be requested.
ZAZEN BOUTIQUE RESORT& SPA organizes both Buddhist
Thai and Western Weddings. Each wedding package costs 70,000 Baht.
Cancellation /
No Show / Amendment Charges:
One room
night will be applied for any no-show or cancellation made less
than 60 days (For the peak season) or 25 days (For the seasons)
prior to arrival date.
Amendment; Please inform
us at least longer than 30 day for Peak Season or 15 days for other seasons prior of
each booking arrival date.
Compulsory Gala Dinner :
-The gala dinner must be fully prepaid when the room reservation
is confirmed.
-The gala dinner will only be refundable for cancellations made
60 days prior to the arrival date.
Early check outs; the
deposit will be non-refundable.
Reservation Policy:
Full
prepayment within 30 days prior to arrival date.
Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% bank charge.
