transfer in-out to the resort and city.
Family Policy : Children (under 12) accompanying parents stay
for free in the same room.

Cancellation and No
Show Policy:
All cancellation or amendment must be made in
written
notice
or email with ouracknowledgement
within 45 days prior to
arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least
one-night room rate per room.
- No show: total payment will be charged.
- Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5%
service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit,
no booking is confirmed.
