Family plan : children up to 3 years old will not be charged
- No charge for children 3 - 11 years old sharing room with parent without extra bed and breakfast. With extra bed will be charged at THB 400 including breakfast and maximum 1 extra bed per room
Compulsory Gala Dinner : (No  compulsory gala dinner for Y2008)
- New Year Dinner (31 Dec 09 ) : 1,800 baht per adult and 1,000 baht per children 5 - 12 years. Under 4 years old free of charged.
Transfer services (Join transfer)
- From Thong sala pier to resort 250THB / person the time 1.00 - 2.00pm or 4.00pm.
- From Resort to Thong sala pier 250THB / person the time 10:00 AM or 3.00pm.
Private transfer :
 - By taxi from Koh Phangan pier, By speed boat from Samui ( price to be informed)
Cancellation and No show Policy :
 All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date.  Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge total payment.
No show: total payment will be charged.

Full prepayment . Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
