Late check out or day use has an extra charge of 50% of the rate for each room occupied until 18:00 hrs. A full night rate will be applied for use of the room after 18.00 hrs.
Cancellation
& No Show
Charges:
All Cancellation or Amendment must be made
by written notice (Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within 30
days prior to arrival date (Check-in Date). Otherwise, we reserved the
right to charge starting from one-night room rate (for Low Season/Green
Season/Normal Season) to total payment (Long Weekend/High Season/Peak
Season).
Early check out, the deposit/total payment will be non-refundable.
No show: Total payment will be charged (Non-refund).
