Normal period -Early check
out will be charged 1 full night plus 20% of total balance
remain unless orther notice.
-In case or late arrival or
postpone arroval date. please inform the resort at least 72 hrs.
before or will be applied like a 'no-show' case. -No show
within 24 hours without any contact will lead to cancellation of
booking at 12:00 noon of the next day with non refundable. -Christmas & New Year reservation. arrival
date must be only on or before 20th December.
Fullmoon period -Full moon
period = 5 nights before full moon night, full moon night, and 1
night after the full moon night (total 7 night). -Full moon
period booking : Minimum night stay 6
nights. Arrival anyway is possible. -Early check
out is strictly non refundable and will be charged full amount.
-late arrival or postpone
arrival date are strictly non-refundable. -No show within 24
hours without any contact will lead to a cancellation of booking
at 12.00 noon of the next day with non-refundable.
Transportation:
-Free transfer on arrival and departure from Haad Rin pier and
Sarikantang. Please call at least 2 hours before arrival.
-Free transfer from Thong Sala pier to Sarikantang (11.00 -
13.00 only). Out of the time peiod, a fee of 300 Baht is applied
per round.
Please inform arrival schedule at least 1 day
before.
Cancellation:
All Cancellation or Amendment must be made by written notice
(Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within 45 days prior
to arrival date (Check-in Date). Otherwise, we reserved the
right to charge starting from one-night room rate (for Low
Season/Green Season/Normal Season) to total payment (Long
Weekend/High Season/Peak Season).
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due
date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7%
is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to
1000 THB).
- For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of
payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
- No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to
arrive).

Payment Policy :
-Full prepayment . Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service
charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking
is confirmed.
- We reserve the right to change these prices, product details,
all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.
