Cancellation & No Show Charges:

All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email with our acknowledgement within 10 days prior to arrival date.  Failure to do so, we reserve the right to cancel one-night room rate per no of rooms booked.
 
Total payment will be charged in case of NO SHOW.

Reservation Policy:

Full prepayment  prior to arrival date within 7 days for low season, 31 days for high season and 40 days for peak season.
Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% bank charge.
