Tropical
welcome drink upon arrival.
Check in
time is 14:00 hrs and check out time is 12:00 hrs
(Noon). the resort will do its best to have room
available for early arrival when notified. Late check
out or day use is available at an extra charge of 50% of
the rate for each room type occupied until 18:00 hrs. A
full night rate will apply for use of the room after
18:00 hrs.
In the
event of guest non-arrival, the resort will charge a fee
equal to the full length of stay (initial booking) of
the rate.
Cancellation and No Show Policy: All cancellation or
amendment must be made in written notice or email to us
with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival
date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge as
follows:-
* Low Season : 1 night charged if cancelled
within 7 days.
* High Season : 2 nights charged if cancelled
within 14 days.
* Peak Season : 5 nights charged if cancelled within 30
days.
If you
wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due
date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a
cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
For any
Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is
non-refundable in all cases.
No show:
total payment will be charged.
Full
prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5%
service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash
deposit, no booking is confirmed.
