MIMOSA Resort & Spa is a small, boutique and family‐owned resort; inspired by a combination of South
African island style thatched house and Thai odorous flowers. “MIMOSA” is a genus (like family) of about
2,400 species of herbs, shrubs and trees such as Mimosa Pudica, Rain tree and Water Mimosa. The most
curious plant in the genus is “Mimosa Pudica” or TickleMe Plant because of the way it folds its leaves
when touched, tickled or exposed to heat.
Due to this unique act, people; especially for children always
feel good to see and enjoy with their family. Thus, A Truly Family Happiness is the fundamental
principle which Mimosa Resort & Spa has proceeded continuously. Moreover, “Family” in Mimosa
Resort & Spa way is not only father, mother and children, but also it includes grandparents. Wheelchairs
and supporting bars are prepared for serving both grandparents and disabled people too.
