• Above rate includes Breakfast and Pick - up service.

• Extra mattress, include breakfast for adult and child 12 years plus. Breakfast for children 1 -11 years 100 baht.

• Free transfer from the pier - The Resort - The pier as time
  -Dept. from Mango Bay Grand resort 08:30 AM and 12:30 PM
  -Dept. from Main pier Koh Tao          10:45 AM and 03:30 PM

• Cancellation and No show Policy:
  All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date.  Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.

• No show: total payment will be charged.

• Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
