- payment must be made within 31 days prior to arrival date
for high and peak seasons and within 17 days for low season.
Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.
- Cancellation/Amendment Policies:
- Any cancellation must be made in written or email to us with our
acknowledgement
i) within 35 days prior to arrival date ==> No charge;
ii) 17-30 days prior to arrival date ==> 1-night room rate
charge; and
iii) less than 17 days prior to arrival date ==> 2-night room
rate charge for high and peak seasons and 1-night room rate
charge for low season.
No Show Policy:
- 2-night room rate is charged.
