All the above rates are in Thai Baht, inclusive 10% Service Charge plus government tax. No breakfast. 
The rates are not inclusive of Daily Breakfast.

Check-in time is 14:00 Hrs. Check-out time is 12:00 Hrs., Requests for early check-in or late check-out will be considered subject to availability.
Transportation: (Airport/ferry) : 100 Baht/person/trip.

Reservation Policy:

Deposit 20% of total payment for Low Season, the remaining amount to be settled at the resort.
Deposit 10% of total payment for High Season, the remaining amount to be settled at the resort.
Visa/master card is accepted plus 4% bank charge.


Cancellation & No Show Charges:

 

Cancellation must be made before 7 days prior to arrival date, otherwise a late cancellation fee of 1 night/room will be applied.
No show is subject to a full day rate charge.
