• Free pick up O/W from Thong Sala Pier - Long Bay Resort
• No room charge for child ages 3-12 years sharing bed with parents, maximum 1 child, unless an extra bed is needed.

• Required 5 nights stay during full moon period.
  • Cancellation charge :
        All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date, otherwise 100% will be charged.
      Early check out and No show will be charged for full at 100%.
    
  • Check In / Check Out Policy :  
    Confirmed room will usually be available for occupancy after 02.00pm. on the of arrival is 12.00pm.

  • No show: total payment will be charged.

  • Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
