	Children's Policycy -Children 0-11 years old sharing existing bed with parents will be free, if require for extra bed charge 1,500 Baht included breakfast / night. A Baby cot can provide at no cost for infant. Children 4-11 years old will be charged at 325 Baht for American Breakfast.
	Number of Guest in Room Occupancy Maximum of persons per Villa is as follows -1 Bedroom - 2 Adults / 2 Child (Age is not over than 12 years old.) -2 Bedroom - 4 Adults / 2 Child per one bedroom (Age is not over than 12 years old.) -3 Bedroom - 6 Adults / 2 Child per one bedroom (Age is not over than 12 years old.)

	Compulsory Gala Dinner: Christmas's Eve :24th Dec 2010 : Adult 4,000 THB New Year Eve : 31st Dec 2010 : Adult 5,500 THB Children 4-11 years old will be charged at 50% Of the above rate.
	Period of Room Occupancy -Check in time is 2.00 PM. an overnight rate will be charged to guarantee check-in before 2.00 PM. of the arrival date. -Check out time is 12.00 noon on the day of departure. Late check out is subject to availability on the day of check out and the following charges may be applied late check out up until 6.00 PM is subject to a charge of 50% of the room rate and thereafter and additional full nightly charge. -Early check out : Unused room nights are not refundable for early departure unless notice is given to us within at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Extensions of stay are subject to space and rate availability. - Day Use: Day use is on a request basis pending space availability at 50% of room rates.

Cancellation & No Show Charges:

Cancellation must be made in written  notice or email to us with our acknowledgement under the following conditions: -Peak Season  45 Days prior to arrival - 1 night charge will be applied  35 Days prior to arrival - 2 night charge will be applied No Show - 100% of full length of stay will be charged. Early Check out during peak season, 100% of full length of stay will be charged -High Season  35 days prior to arrival - 1 night charge will be applied.  21 days prior to arrival - 2 nights charge will be applied. No Show - 50% of full length of stay will be charged. -Low Season  21 days prior to arrival - 1 night charge will be applied.  14 days prior to arrival - 2 nights charge will be applied. No Show - total payment charged.

Reservation Policy:

Full prepayment within 7 days prior to arrival date.   Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% bank service charge.
