Our
beautiful Resort is located on one of Koh Phangan's most beautiful beaches.
Long Bay Beach or Haad Yao as it is known in Thai. Haad Yao is an
increasingly popular beach on Koh Phangan for its golden sands and excellent
swimming make it the ideal holiday destination. It is also handily placed on
the western side of the island within about 10-20 minutes of the capital and
main port Thongsala. The roads on the western side are extensive allowing
visitors to the island the opportunity to move easily from one beach to
another and this allows guests a varied day time itinerary.

Terms & Conditions:
• The Rates are net in Thai Baht.
The rates are inclusive of service charge and
Tax and breakfast for 2 persons.
• Any room if required Jacuzzi during high and low season, have to pay extra 700
baht per night, and 1,000 baht per night during Peak season.
• Children's Policy: Children under 12 years of age can stay free when sharing a
room with their parents and utilizing existing bedding without an extra bed, but
a maximum of 1 child per room and no meals included.
• Baby cot cost 400 THB per night for children between 1-3 years of age.

Transfer: to/from resort 200 Bath per way. ( ***required to be inform guest
arrival detail to the resort at least 1 day before arrival date.) •
Minimum Stay:
* 3 Nights for any reservation during full moon period.
* 5 Nights for any reservation during Christmas and New Year period.

Guest Privileges: Complimentary wireless Internet access in all guest rooms,
During (07.30 am - 10.30pm). Welcome drink on arrival.

Meals: Compulsory Christmas Eve Dinner on 24 December and
Compulsory New Year Dinner on
31st December
1,500 THB per person per meal for Adult for 12 + years of age.
750 THB per person for children 4-12 years of age.

Breakfast: (During 8.00 - 10.00 am)
200 THB per person per meal for Adult for 12 + years of age.
100 THB per person per meal for Children 4 -12 years of age.
*** All children's under the age of 4 are free of charge for all contracted meal
arrangements. Arrival and departure procedure:
Check in time is 13.00 hrs n check out time is 11.00 hrs. The resort will do its
best to have rooms available for early arrivals when notified but this not
guaranteed. Room occupied beyond 16.00 hrs will be charged at the full night
contract rate, unless otherwise specified by the resort written.
Cancellation/Amendment
Policy:
Cancellation must be made in
written notice or email to us with our
acknowledgement
within the minimum period specified below:
Low Season: Cancellation must be made within 12 days.
High Season: Cancellation must be made within 18 days.
Peak season: Cancellation must be made within 35 days.
otherwise, total payment will be charged.
No Show:
Total payment is charged.
Payment
policy:
Full prepayment prior to arrival. Without payment, no
booking is confirmed. Master and VISA Card charged
additional 3.5%.
