	The above rates are inclusive of tax and service charge.( included breakfast)
	Compulsory Gala Dinner: -New Year's Eve   Dec 31, 2008  Baht 2,750/ Adult; Child under 12 years 50% discount - No X'Max Eve: not compulsory.
	Meal Rate: Breakfast 250 Baht.
	Check-in time is 12:00 noon, Check out time is 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Late check out is subjected to availability and will be charged at 50% room rate if check out prior to 6:00 pm. at full.
	Children up to 3 years old will not be charge ( neither accommodation nor F& B) No extra charge for child 3- 12 years old sharing the same room as their parents without extra bed (with no breakfast). With extra bed will be charged at 450 baht excluding breakfast and maximum 2 children for 1 extra bed per room. 50 % discount on F&B appled for children 3-12 years old.
	Free transfer from Samui Airport to Hotel.

Cancellation & No Show Charges:

	Cancellation: must inform us in written notice or email with our acknowledgement. - Cancellation is done less than 15 days prior to arrival date, 1 night will be charge. - Cancellation is done between 15 - 24 days, the higher of 50% of total payment or 500 Bht will be charged. - Cancellation is done before 25 days prior to arrival date, there is no charge.
	In case of no show and early check-out, total payment will be charged.

Reservation Policy:

Full Prepayment before arrival Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5 % service charge.
