Peak Condition: A minimum of 5 nights consecutive stay is required for any reservation between 28 Dec 07 - 5 Jan 08 with no check out allowed on 30-31 Dec, and compulsory gala dinner 4,500 Bht/adult, 2,250 Bht/child on 31 Dec 07.

Cancellation must be informed to us in written notice with our acknowledgment prior to arrival date within
- 50 days for Peak Season, otherwise 5 nights charge
- 31 days for High Season, otherwise 2 nights charge
- 17 days for Low Season, otherwise 1 night charge.
