All above rates are net in Thai Baht per room per night for single
and double occupancy.
The rates are inclusive of services charge and applicable

Accommodation is complimentary for one child below 12 years when

Late checkout will be charge at 50% of rate but subject to room

Early Check out: In the event that the individual check out
ahead of the booked and confirmed the resort reserves the right to
charge a penalty to the guest equivalent to the rate of the full
length stay.
Cancellation and No show Policy:
1. All cancellation or amendment must be made in written
notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within the following
period, prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to
charge at least one-night room rate per room.
* Low Season : cancellation must received less than 6 days.
* High Season : cancellation must received less than 14 days
* Shoulder Season : cancellation must received less than 14
days
* Peak Season : cancellation must received less than 20 days
2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due
date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation
fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is
non-refundable in all cases.
No show:
total payment will be charged.
Payment Policy :
Full prepayment . Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service
charge.
