Remarks:

 

	The above rates are in Thai Baht, inclusive of service charge, prevailing government tax.
	All the above rates are inclusive of ABF.
	Compulsory Christmas New Year Eve Gala Dinner on December 31,2007. Adult charge at Baht 2,000 net/person, Child 3- 12 years charge at Baht 1,000 net/person.
	Check-in time is 14:00 hrs. Check out time is 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Late check out is subjected to availability and will be charged at 50% room rate if check out prior to 6:00 pm. at full.
	No extra charge for child under 12 years'old sharing the same room as their parents (maximum of 1 child per room) without extra bed. Additional breakfast will be charged as per contract meal rates.
	Transportation from Samui Airport to Resort (one way trip) 250 Baht/person.

Meal Rates:

	Additional ABF @ 240 Baht/person.
	Lunch Europe Set @ 450 Baht/person
	Dinner Europe Set @ 550 Baht/person

Cancellation & No Show Charges:

	Cancellation must be made in written notice or email within 17 days prior to arrival date, otherwise the first night rate of the period will be charged.
	In case of no show, the first night rate of the period will be charged.

Reservation Policy:

Full prepayment within 15 days prior to arrival date in Low Season Full prepayment within 30 days prior to arrival date in High Season Full prepayment within 35 days prior to arrival date in Peak Season Visa/master card is accepted with 3.5% service charged.
