Cancellation & No Show Charges:

	Cancellation must be made within 21 days prior to arrival date, otherwise a late cancellation fee of 1 night/room will be applied.
	No show will be charged one-night room rate of stay for normal season and total payment for the Peak Season. No show for Peak Season will be charged in total amount without any case.
	During peak season, cancellation received within 48 hours of arrival date will be charged equal to the entire value of the booking.

Payment Policy:

	Full prepayment within 20 days prior to arrival, otherwise rooms will be automatically released.
	During periods of high occupancy, we shall reguest for a deposit equivalent to one night room charge or up to 50% of total room rate per night for each room reserved.
