Remarks:

• Room, meal and transfer rates are inclusive of service charge and VAT, currently at 10% and 7% respectively (tax subject to change without notice)

• Children (over 2 but under 12 years of age) A child is accommodated free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents; breakfast payable. ABF / child is 100 Bht.

• Check-in/check-out:
  standard checkout time is 12:00 noon and check-in time is after 1:00 pm. For any bookings that require a late checkout up to 6:00 pm, a 50% charge based on the rate applies. For any checkout after 6:00 pm, a full night's rate will apply. Both facilities are subject to availability. Check-in prior to 1:00 pm is subject to availability.

• Cancellations:
  All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date.  Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate. No show: total payment will be charged.

• Full prepayment :
  within 30 days prior to arrival date.  Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, No booking is confirmed.
