• Child Policy:
    - There is no room charge for maximum 2 children aged of 10 years and below if sharing room with parents and utilizing existing beds, The hotel will be charge ABF at 50% discount on meal rate agreement.

• Check in time is 14:00 hours and check out time is 12:00 hours (noon). For a late check out to 18:00 hours, a 50% charge of applicable daily rate applies. For check out after 18:00 hours, one full night rate apply, guaranteed access to rooms prior to 14:00 hours may be reserved from the previous evening with one night additional rate charge. All of these facilities are subject to availability.

• Cancellation and No Show Policy:
    - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within
      - 14 days prior to arrival date for Low Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
      - 30 days prior to arrival date for High Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least two nights room rate per room.
      - 40 days prior to arrival date for Peak Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge full prepayment room rate per room.
    - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
    - For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.

• No Show: Full Charge

• Full prepayment within 35 days prior to arrival date. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, No booking is confirmed.
