• The rates are quoted in Thai Baht inclusive of VAT, service charge, provincial tax and daily ABF.

• By Private Van: 900 Baht/Van/Way

• Check In/Check Out Time:
  The check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Request for early check-in should make at time of reservation and check-out should be made through the hotel's Front Office Manager. Both are subject to available.

• Cancellation and No show Policy:
  All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within
    - 14 days prior to arrival date for Low season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
    - 30 days prior to arrival date for High season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
    - 40 days prior to arrival date for Peak season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
  No Show: One night room rate will be charged.

• Full prepayment within 30 days prior to arrival date. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, No booking is confirmed.
