The magic of our hotel begins with its location, directly on the beach,
in the middle of the two miles of powdery white sand that is Patong Bay.
The bay, which is gently lapped by the clear waters of the Andaman Sea,
is the largest and best known resort on Phuket.
The beach with the pool, children's pool and sundeck complete with hotel
sun beds and parasols. It's sometimes tranquil, and sometimes full of
the sound of laughter and enjoyment.

All cancellation or amendment must be made in
written notice or email to us with our
acknowledgement within
- 45 days prior to arrival date for Peak Season. Otherwise, we reserve a
right to charge at least 50% of total room rate per

- 30 days prior to arrival date for High Season. Otherwise, we reserve a
right to charge at least 25% of total room rate per
room.
- 14 days prior to arrival date for Green Season. Otherwise, we reserve a
right to charge at least one-night room rate per

and Early Check-Out: Full Charge
- Full prepayment within 35 days prior to arrival date. Visa/Master Card
is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.
