Remarks:

• All rates are quoted in Thai Baht including 10% service charge, 7% VAT and are based on per room per night basis.

• Rates are inclusive of American Breakfast for the maximum 2 persons per room per night basis.

• Compulsory Gala Dinner
  - on 24 Dec 10: 3,500 Baht/Adult and 1,750 Baht/Child
  - on 31 Dec 10: 4,500 Baht/Adult and 2,250 Baht/Child

• Child Policy:
   - Child under age of 12 years, sharing the same room with parents not requiring an extra bed, ABF is payable @ THB 250.-
   - Child sharing the same room with parents requiring an extra bed, an extra bed costs THB 600.

• Airport Transfer Rates:
   - Hotel Private Van: THB 1,000.- per way (max 3 persons).

• Check-in: 14.00 hrs
  Check-out: 12.00 noon

• Minimum stay of 5 nights required during Peak Season (21 Dec 10 - 10 Jan 11).

• Cancellation and No show Policy:
    - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within

    - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
    - For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.

• No Show: Full Charge

• Full prepayment within 35 days prior to arrival date. Visa/master Card is accepted additional 3.5% service charge.
