All cancellation or amendment must be made in written
notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within
- 35 days prior to arrival date for 01 Nov - 21 Dec & 11 Jan - 31 Mar.
Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least
one-night room rate per room. - 60 days prior to
arrival date for 22 Dec - 10 Jan. Otherwise, we reserve
a right to charge full prepayment room rate per room.
- 25 days prior to arrival date for 01 Apr - 31 Oct. Otherwise, we
reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate
per room.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date
specified in the confirmation email, we apply a
cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
- For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is
non-refundable in all cases.
