• Peak Condition: A minimum of 5 nights consecutive stay is required for any reservation between 28 Dec 07 - 5 Jan 08 with no check out allowed on 30-31 Dec, and compulsory gala dinner 4,500 Bht/adult, 2,250 Bht/child on 31 Dec 07.

• Check-in time is 2 p.m., an overnight rate will be charged to guarantee check-in before 2 p.m.

• Check-out time is 12 noon on the day of departure. Late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged at 50% of contracted room rate if check out prior to 6 p.m. and full overnight rate if after 6 p.m.

• There is no extra charge for children under 12 years sharing the same room as their parents (limited to a maximum 1 child per room, unless otherwise stated) without extra bed. Additional breakfast will be charged as per meal rates.

• Cancellation and No show Policy :
  All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email with our acknowledgement within 21 days prior to arrival date.  Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate for other seasons and total payment for peak season. No show: total payment will be charged for 1 Nov 06 - 15 Apr 07.

• Full prepayment :
  Full prepayment . Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
