• Children Policy :
  Child under 12 years old sharing same room with parent (s) free of charge, up to a maximum of one child per one room.

• Period of Occupancy :
  Confirmed rooms will usually be available of occupancy after 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Rooms used from 12:00 noon to 6:00 p.m. on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of the rate. Rooms occupied beyond 6:00 p.m. will be charged at the full contract rate, unless specifically specifically specified otherwise in writing by the Hotel.

• Cancellation and No show Policy :
  All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date.  Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate if cancellation is made less than 30 days and total payment charged if made less than 15 days. No show: total payment will be charged.

• Payment Policy :
  Full prepayment . Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
