All rates are quoted in US Dollars and can be paid in cash using US Dollars or the Thai Baht equivalent. However, whenever payment is made by credit card the Thai Baht equivalent will be charged at the prevailing exchange rate.

Cancellations can be made 15 days in advance and every cancellation will be given a cancellation code. Not fulfilling a confirmed booking or canceling less than 24 hours before arrival will result in a "no show" charge of one night being charged to the credit card used to guarantee the booking.
