• Peak period from Dec 20 - Jan 20 Supplement Surcharge at 700 Baht/room per night.
• Compulsory Gala Dinner, X'Mas 24 Dec. Adult/Child  2,300 / 1,150 Baht.
  Compulsory Gala Dinner, New Year, 31 Dec . Adult / Child 2,600 / 1,300 Baht.
• Meal Rates:
  -American Breakfast  adult 300 Baht  child 4-12 yrs. 150 Baht.
  -Lunch  adult 400 Baht  child 4-12 yrs. 200 Baht
  -Dinner adult 500 Baht  child 4-12 yrs. 250 Baht
• Family Plans: There is no room charge for children under the age 12 years old sharing same room with parents but no extra bed . ABF pay at 150 Baht.
• Airport Transportation: Between Phuket International Airport and the hotel
  -Private car (maximum for 3 persons) at 1,800 Baht (one way)
  -Extra person at 450 Baht
• Cancellation Policy:  
  Cancellation must be informed in written notice with our acknowledgement within 20 days prior to arrival date.  Failure to do so, we reserve a right to charge the whole payment.
• No Show Policy:
  The whole payment is charged.

• Reservation Policy:
  Full prepayment prior to arrival date.  Payment by visa/master card is accepted without 3.5% bank charge. Except in case of cancellation, there is 3.5% cancellation fee.
