Check in & Check out
Time
- Check in time confirmed as reserved shall be made
available for occupancy after 1 p.m. on arrival date.
- Check Out Time is 12.00 a.m.
- Late check out after 12.00 a.m. until 4 p.m. shall be
charged at 50% of the room rate.
- Late Check out beyond 4 p.m. shall be charged at full
rate.
Payment Policy: Full Prepayment within 35 days prior to arrival date. Visa/Master Card is acceptable with 3.5%
service charge.
Cancellation / No Show
- High Season :
A cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night will be charged for
each room cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
No show will be charged at one night room rate.
- Peak Season: A cancellation fee equivalent
to 2 nights will be charged for each room cancelled less
than 50 days prior to arrival date. No show will be charged
full prepayment.
- Low Season : A cancellation fee equivalent to 1
night will be charged for each room cancelled less than 14
days prior to arrival date. No show will be charged at one
night room rate.
