Note:

• All room rates are in Thai Baht/Room/Night and quoted for SGT./TWIN., inclusive of American breakfast, applicable government tax.

• Facilities: telephone, Thai TV channels, refrigerator, DVD, dry hair, minibar, air-conditioned and room service (06.30 - 21.30).

• Child age of 0-3 years free of charge without extra bed, Child age 4-12 years will be charged 350 Baht/person, included extra bed and ABF for all seasons.

• Compulsory : Gala Dinner (International New Year's) 900 Baht/Adult, 500 Baht /Child to be charged.

• - Check in time is 13.00 Hrs / Check out time is 12.00 Hrs
  - Rooms used from 12.00 Hrs to 18.00 Hrs on the departure day will be charged at 50% of the room rate and if beyond that will be charged as an overnight full rate.

• Reservation Policy: Flight details are required at least 40 days prior during 01 Dec 09 - 30 Apr 10 and 25 days during 01 May 10 - 31 Oct 10 prior to arrival.

• Cancellation/Amendment Policies:
  All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within:
      - 30 days prior to arrival date if the arrival date is 01 Nov 09 - 30 Apr 10
      - 14 days prior to arrival date if the arrival date is 01 May 10 - 31 Oct 10
  Failure to do so, we reserve a right to charge one-night room rate.

• No Show Policy: one night room rate will be charged

• Full prepayment within 40 days prior to arrival date. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, No booking is confirmed.
