Cancellation and No show Policy: - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or
email to us with our acknowledgement within : - 50 days prior to arrival date for High Season
and Peak Season . Otherwise, we reserve a right to
charge at least one-night room rate per room. - 20 days prior to arrival date for Low Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to
charge at least one-night room rate per room. - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due
date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a
cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht. - For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is
non-refundable in all cases. No Show:
- Low & High Season : one night charge
- Peak Season : Full Charge
Early Check Out:
- Low Season : at least 1 night before departure, otherwise
1 night charge will be collected.
- High Season : Charge 1 night more for cancellation fee.
