Room can be used by 2 adults and 2 children.  - In Deluxe Villa and Deluxe Pool Villa, maximum 1 child with one sofa bed, pays only 350 Baht per child/night.  - In Royal Villa, Royal Pool Villa and Royal executive pool villa, maximum 2 children with 2 sofa beds, pay only 350 Baht per child/night.

	Check-in time is 14:00 Hrs. Check-out time is 12:00 Hrs.
	Full Prepayment prior to arrival date. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, No booking is confirmed.

	Cancellation/Amendment Policy:  All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 20 days prior to arrival date. Failure to do so, we reserve a right to charge one-night room rate.
