available and regular beach barbeques provide a great way to mix

All of room are private bathroom and air conditioning and hot water.
All have sea views and with their years of experience in the
hospitality trade, Twinbay Resort have designed the bungalows with the
guests best interests considered; fitting mosquito screening on their
doors and windows, providing spacious rooms and balconies and finishing
the bathrooms to hotel standards. Most of the room are right on the
beach, and those that aren't still command excellent views

Airport Transfer 2,700 THB per van per way (Krabi
Airport,maximun for 8 persons with normal luggage size)
No Show :
- ln the event of guest non-arrival,the resort will
charge 1 night per room reserved as penalty.
Check in time is 14.00 hrs.and check out 12.00
hrs.(noon).Late check out is available at an extra
charge 50% of contract rate until 18.00 hrs. A full
night will be charge if after 18.00 hrs.
Check out night will be charged as penalty.
Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5%
service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash
deposit, no booking is confirmed.
We reserve the right to change these prices, product
details, all terms and conditions at anytime without
prior notice.
Cancellation and No show Policy:
1.
Any
cancellation must be made in written notice or email to
us with our acknowledgment within 21 days before on
arrival. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge
one-night room rate.
Low season 1 night charge if cancelled within 6 days.
High season 1 night charge if cancelled within 12 days.
Peak season 1 night charge if cancelled within 21 days.
For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of
payment through credit card is non-refundable in all
cases.
No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to
arrive).
