First child is accommodated free of charge when sharing existing bed with parents.  Breakfast compulsory at 125 Baht.

• Check-out time is 12:00 noon and check-in time is after 1:00 pm.  For any bookings that require a late checkout up to 6:00 pm, a 50% charge based on the rate applies.  For any checkout after 6:00 pm, a full night's rate will apply.  Both facilities are subject to availability.
• Cancellation Policy: within 30 days of arrival, "no show" and early check-out, low season and high season 1 night, respectively 2 nights at applicable room rate (incl service charge and VAT).  Peak season: 100% of total value of booking (incl service charge and VAT).
• Reservation Policy: 
  • 50% is required to be paid 30 days prior to guest arrival.
  • Cancellation within 20 days of arrival, "no show" and early check-out cancellation charges applicable at the nightly rate and the meal plan up to the maximum number of nights accommodation has been booked.

  • Cash Full Prepayment 15 days prior to arrival.  or
