No Show :

- ln the event of guest non-arrival,the resort will charge 1 night per room reserved as penalty.

Check in time is 14.00 hrs.and check out 12.00 hrs.(noon).Late check out is available at an extra charge 50% of contract rate until 18.00 hrs. A full night will be charge if after 18.00 hrs.

Check out night will be charged as penalty.

Cancellation and No show Policy:
1. Any cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgment within 21 days before on arrival. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge one-night room rate.

Low season 1 night charge if cancelled within 6 days.

High season 1 night charge if cancelled within 12 days.

Peak season 1 night charge if cancelled within 21 days.

For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.

No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
