• Family Policy: child aged below 12 sharing room with their parents is free of charge, but maximum o2 child/room. 50% discount on the regular meal price.
• Compulsory Christmas eve Gala Dinner (24 Dec 06) adult 2,000 Bht per person, *child 1,000 Bht per person *
• Compulsory New Year Gala Dinner (31 Dec 06) adult 2,500 Bht per person, *child 1,250 Bht per person *
  (the period of weekend rate 30, 31 Dec 05 and 1, 2 Jan 06)*
• Reservation Policy: full prepayment prior to arrival date
  - 35 days for 24 Dec  - 10 Jan
  - 20 days for other periods.
• Late Cancellation/No Show:
  - please amend or cancel the booking within the given period prior to arrival date, 
  - within 30 days prior to arrival date, one-night room rate will be charged. 
  - within 10 days prior to arrival date,50% of total payment will be charged.
  - No show is full period of stay will be entirely charged.
• Payment policy:  Full prepayment by bank transfer or credit card (3.5% bank charge)

• Reservation/Payment Policy:
  All bookings requires credit card guarantee or cash prepayment.  Visa/master is accpeted without bank charge.

• Cancellation/No Show Policies:
  - Any cancellation must be in written notice to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date for peak season and 10 days for all seasons.  Failure to do so, we reserve right to charge the whole payment for peak season and 1-night room rate for all seasons.
  - No Show:  total payment is charged in case of booking during peak season and 1-night room rate for all seasons.
