Policy:
50% deposit is required upon booking during high and peak seasons.
Full pre-payment before arrival within 30 days prior to arrival
date. Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5%
bank charge.
Cancellation
Policy:
The tour operator must notify the
hotel for cancellation in written notice received at least
12 days before reserved check in date during 1 Apr - 31 Oct,
14 days before reserved check in date during 1 Nov - 19 Dec
and 11 Jan - 31 Mar and 31 days before reserved check in
date during 20 Dec - 10 Jan. The full amount of total
reserved night(s) will be charged if reservation is
cancelled less than the above specified periods.

Show and Early Check-out: total room rate will be
charged i.e. no refund.
