Phi Phi Casita
:
If you want to hang out all day, all
night on the beach but would like great value the PP Casita maybe just
for you. Just 60 meters back from the world famous Loh Dalum beach you
get location and a well run bungalow complex. Beyond the reception
facilities of travel arrangements and island tours the PP Casita does
not offer many facilities. It doesn't even have a restaurant but in some
ways this is a positive as it it doesn't tie you in to meals and meal
times. The village is on your door step where you have an amazing
variety of restaurants, bakeries, stores, tour and diving centers. It
really is a good place to make the most of the Phi Phi islands.

Payment Policy:

Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no
booking is
confirmed.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or
email to us with our acknowledgement within :
- Green Season: within 12 days prior to the check-in date.
Cancellation after that one night will be charged
- High Season: within 24 days prior to the check-in date.
Cancellation after that one night will be charged.
- Peak Season:
Full charge is applied. The hotel shall reserve the right to sell the
paid rooms.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date
specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up
to 1,000 Baht.
- For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable
in all cases.
No Show & Early Departure
:
- Green and High Season : One night charge equivalent to room rate is applied for no show and early departure. The hotel shall reserve the right to sell the paid rooms.
- Peak Season : Full charge is applied. The hotel shall reserve the right to sell the paid rooms.
