overnight full rate unless specified otherwise in writing by us.
Child Policy: - Minimum one child less than 12 years of age can stay free
of charge in the room sharing with the parents. using existing
bedding there will be an additional charge for rollaway bed or

Cancellation and No show Policy : All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice
or email with our acknowledgement within the below-specified
period prior to arrival
date. To avoid any cancellation charge, you must inform us
before: Peak & High Seasons:
- 50 days: 10% of room rate is charged;
- less than 50 days: total payment is charged; Low Season:
- 25 days: 10% of room rate is charged;
- less than 15 days: total payment is charged.
No show: total payment will be charged.
