A minimum of 5 nights stay is require for peak season 20 Dec - 15 Jan.

Children 12 years old and over sharing room with parents need extra bed.
Children under 12 years old sharing existing bed with parents is charge Baht 400 net included American breakfast.
Children under 4 years old are free of charge, maximum 1 extra person in each room type.

Check-in time: It is 14.00 hours, an overniht rate will be charged to guarantee check-in before 14.00 hours.
Check-out time : It is 12.00 noon on the day of departure. Late check out is subject to availability on the day of check-out and the following charge maybe appiled: prior to 18.00 hours - 50% room rates and thereafter a full nightly charge.

Transfer : Servicing between hotel and Krabi Airport. Private transfer 600 Baht/per/way
Join Van is 300 Baht/per/way/person.

Payment Policy:
- payment must be made within 31 days prior to arrival date for high and peak seasons and within 12 days for low season. Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.

Cancellation Policy:
- No charge if any cancellation made in written with our acknowledgement within 35 days prior to arrival date for peak and high seasons, or 25 days for low season. Failure to do so, we reserve right to charge 2 night room rate.
No Show Policy:
- 50% of total payment will be charged.
