	Period of occupancy: -Check-in time: 14:00 hrs. - Check-out time: 12:00 hrs. -Late check-out: After 12:00 Noon attracts an additional charge 50% of the contract. -After 6 pm. Attracts 100% additional charge.
	Cancellation must be within 25 days in advance for low season, 35 days in High Season, 45 days in Peak Season. Failure to do so, we reserve a right to charge a minimum one-night room rate. All cancellation must be made in written notice by email or fax with our acknowledgement.
	Full prepayment 30 days before arrival.
