All Cancellation or Amendment must be made by written notice
(Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within 30 days
prior to arrival date (Check-in Date). Otherwise, we
reserved the right to charge starting from one-night room
rate (for Low Season/Green Season/Normal Season) to total
payment (Long Weekend/High Season/Peak Season). and 100%
charge during Peak Season 15 Dec - 15 Jan.
If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation
due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount
(if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to
charge up to 1000 THB).
For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of
payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to
arrive).

In 2001 we have renovated all rooms
and the general resort area. We have 8 Resort Deluxe Seaview with
a beautiful view to the Andaman Sea. 14 Deluxe Family rooms are on
the ground floor facing our pool and spectacular garden. The
resort itself prides itself with a high standard of cleanliness
and personal attention in a homely atmosphere.

from the resort you can find our Guesthouses(Annex). It is located
in a small "cosy" back street approximately 15 meters from the
beach.

In 2001 we have renovated all rooms
with new colour, new curtains, partly new furniture, new terrace,
etc. Our Guesthouses(Annex) are entitled to use all facilities
from the resort such as breakfast area, swimming pool, pool bar,
reception, etc.
