  • Meal Rates:
    - American Breakfast 200 Bht/person.
    - Set Lunch/Buffet 260-350 Bht/person.
    - Set Dinner/Buffet 260-350 Bht/person.

  • No charge for children under 12 years under sharing accommodation with parents and half price of meal rates charge.

  • Long Weekend period 2007.
    - 20-23 Oct 07: King Chulalongkorn Day.
    - 8-10 Dec 07: Construction Day.
    - 28 Dec 07 - 2 Jan 08: New Year Eve.

  • Availability of rooms:
    - Normal check in time for all guests is 14.00 hrs. Earlier check in may be upon the Resort depending on availability of ready rooms. Check out time is 12.00 hrs.
    - Rooms occupied after 03.00 p.m. - 06.00 p.m. on the departure day will be charge 50% of room.
    - Rooms occupied after 06.00 p.m. will be charged 1 night.

  • Cancellation Policy: a written notice to us at least 25 days prior to arrival.

  • Reservation Policy: with valid credit card guarantee. Payment will be made by you on arrival. In case of "no show" or "late cancellation", at least one night/room will be charged.

  • Transfer Service:
    - From/to Chumporn railway & bus station & bus station 150 Bht/person/trip (minimum 2 persons).
    - From/to Thayang pier (to koh tao) 200 Bht/person/trip (minimum 2 persons).
    - From/to Lomphaya pier (to koh tao) 250 Bht/person/trip (minimum 2 persons).
